Unfortunately this will affect more than 190 instructors. Especially when looking at the bottom of the seniority list up. Senior 190 instructors will convert to another aircraft type while 220 and 320 instructors hired in the last 3 years will be sent to the line. And with no 220 base in MCO I wonder if they chose A320MCO on this supp bid in order to avoid commuting if they will ever be able to get back to the school house when they need instructors again.
