aviationinterviews.com it seems like the range is between 3000 and 5000 generally. I’m not 100% but I don’t think the rest of my group was in the same boat. I think there was a variety of experience levels, some military and civilian.
I believe the company and ALPA have both put out comms saying the average hours for a NH at 3000. Which means some will be less….
“Competitive” hours has definitely gone up - really back to ‘normal’ from the Covid madhouse hiring spree.
