Just a few months ago, after the batch size settlement where they pinky promised to fill out the 23.M.7 report, I caught them not doing it. I filed two seaprate crew assist cases pointing out the error and both times the cases were closed with zero remarks.

Filed ACE report, Union saw the 23.M.7 violation, submited to the company....got the harmed pilot almost 24hrs of additional pay (albeit months later).

Theft indeed!
