Makes sense! So, to minimize the number of moves I'd have to do, it would be wise to try to bid an NB at the base that I'm most likely to get to a WB faster, like SFO or EWR. Is that a logical thought process or did I miss something? I'd like to limit the amount of times I have to move in the next 10 years, if possible (and I don't want to commute if I can help it).
WB faster (right now) will be SFO just on a seniority basis. However, living where you want to live is usually more important to people than what they fly. What is more senior and what the flying is like changes over time.
