Perhaps you got more international respose than you thought.
By channeling the responses as the quiz does, responses will be inherently inaccurate. Does one agree, strongly agree, strongly disagree, or just somewhat? The unasked "why" may be more pertinent than the wording of the question. By asking in that manner, it puts words in the responders mouth.

The survey ask which country you work in, and what is your home country. We went through several iterations of the question, and this one provided the most accurate results in trials. No survey is perfect and hopefully we can delve more deeply in future studies.
