We definitely need to be more competitive in various areas to retain talent like yourself and many others like Swakid8, but I will say it does eject some low hanging fruit we won't miss. These next couple of years will be interesting on what lies ahead and I'm hopeful we bring in some more cheddar in the right areas to retain the best folks.

*No one can argue against the comfort/QoL of living in base at another outfit which Giant doesn't cover; however, if we bring up some goodness in some obvious areas the hemorrhaging would slow to a trickle. Most would leave only due to the longer time away (which is a big one) and perhaps name brand envy or whatever. Longevity is always a question no matter where you go, but the Feds did step in for the Big 3 so that helps a bit as well.
