The fact that less than a few dollars/hour separate rates within the same category, beliesan attitude by the company to take every place where they can. And the fact the 767-300 pays a NB rate is my closing argument.

I am unwilling to let the company off the hook by even lightheartedly talking about us having pay bands. Maybe next contract.
