It's not just when you got your CJO. It's also your experience and background. I am civilian, low time, no PIC. The big hiring wave brought in many, many of those. So, it's going to take longer for them to get mixed in with a class.
yes but they explicitly said in the last CJO info session that they are focusing on CJO date order so no one has to worry about reapplying...
