To be real honest, pax don't want the crappy style seating nor the minimalist cheap style. The market now is premium products and that is what data shows. While the business model we have did work, it just doesn't work now. You can't raise prices now that is comparable to other carriers. We might fill our seats at the end of the day but we not charging what we should, broken revenue. We will see the "plan" forward but I think NK business model gotta go or offer something that consumers crave, right now that is free checked bags, conveniency, growing network, premium prouducts. Hence, te big four doing fairly well. Not too sure what TC and Bendo is doing outside of upcoming plans that we never hear about and long emails that says nothing.
