Tons of Florida stuff as well as in and out of LGA (bleck). Seems the only decent trips I saw in my curosry glance was UVF, but that's all out of EWR. Looks like 73NA in NYC is about to get REALLY junior. Who'd want to fly that crap? Yuck. Have a buddy on it, he's very senior, he's going to bid off it to 330A. He'll have very very good seniority there as well. He loved the carribean flying. Pretty much all he did. He said after April, May and June he saw the writing on the wall. He's out.
I'd go to the 7ER trip. Then like you said slide over to 765 - short course and you're done. Unless you don't have a burning desire to stay in left seat, then I'd slide into 330B and wait until you get seniority to bid 330A (which shouldn't be too long from now for you). The airbus is easy. Many old farts made the switch after decades on boeings/Mc D's. It's not that hard. It's actually a very easy airplane. It's genesis was making it easy to operate for third world pilots to fly so there you go.
Yup NYC73N lost Aruba and the entire Dominican Republic. Brave New World.
Definitely going 7ER. Good variety on that fleet.
