Thats what the company tried to blame it on, but my rep said that the scheduling folks directly advised the company not to do it that way some months ahead of time, but the company’s mind was already made up to go down that road. The open time mess up is completely unrelated to the sick call functionality.
Sometimes you wonder who at the company is actually in charge.
Just a simple prompt on the VRU is all we needed. The VRU always knew when you were out sick if you called so instead of transferring us to scheduling just add an option to select well and then be done. This whole MiCrew thing is a mess, especially if you are on reserve.
