That's just a fact of life now. Almost every overnight we have in the US had a homeless problem. It's not unique to the west coast.
Let’s not draw false equivalencies. There is a spectrum and some cities are worse than others, even if the problem itself is ubiquitous. SFO is particularly bad and it’s not wrong to state this.
