I have a offer from Southern Airways Express as a Caravan Captian, I also have a offer with a Part 91 gig that will be PIC in a Pilatus and a SIC type in a Hawker 850xp. Any opinions on the better choice ?

Both build TPIC Single, one has Jet experience i feel would be good for my growth as a pilot. On the other hand passing a 135 training program makes my PRD look better.

Anyone have opinions on what Talent aquisition would rather see at a 121 regional ?
