It seems that the MiCrew automated system only works for line holders who are between trips to call SICK, and call WELL before another rotation (also during 'off' days).

If you are on RES, don't bother with MiCrew to call out sick OR well(it flat-out doesn't work); just call CS.

If you are a line-holder and called out sick mid-trip, don't bother trying to call in well via MiCrew. MiCrew never registered you as being out, so it can't figure out how to show you 'well' or 'OK' again; just call CS.

What a pain. I'm with ancman and Fangs: it's a contract violation...or not...
