Not sure how that answered your question—to be clear, blended rates do not apply to flying a specific aircraft. You get paid at the rate for the aircraft actually flown. Blended rates apply to DH, Reserve MPG, etc… times when you aren’t flying an aircraft.

For that matter, if someone is a newly minted 737 pilot, can they break seat lock by going to the 321 since it is in a higher pay band?
in that blended pay categories do not mean you could use a move to the 321NEO even though the pay is higher) to allow you to break a seat lock on a 737 because the pay bands for both types are blended.
