Blended is a specific term regarding pay rates—nothing to do with vacancies or bidding. There is no blended pay category, per se.

Simply put, NBFO-756FO-WBFO(777/787)-NBCA-756CA-WBCA. You can go up the sequence in any order to break a lock, but can’t go down with some minor exceptions that don’t really matter at the moment.
