Simply put, NBFO-756FO-WBFO(777/787)-NBCA-756CA-WBCA. You can go up the sequence in any order to break a lock, but can’t go down with some minor exceptions that don’t really matter at the moment.

and as for locks there is last time I checked a longer lock for same category in same base. So if you went 320FO to 737FO in same base I believe it’s 3 years.
