Not sure where you came up with "most". Maybe the top 50% get 15 days off. I would guess less than 10 people company wide got 20 days off - just a guess - I'm not going to bother looking.

If you've been here 6+ years you might be 15+ days off as a Captain. If thats the case, I truly feel sorry for you. More than likely you're a 'lifer'.

You are obviously clueless if you think the "majority" of people are happy here. It's the exact opposite. Morale is VERY low.
