There's not an obvious mechanism to directly bail out NK just because they serve the Poors. What they could do is allow B6/NK to make some minor face-saving tweaks to the deal and then magically it becomes palatable to the admin/DOJ. Assuming B6 is still even interested.

But I didn't think they could just waive all that student debt either, so maybe they can just write a bailout check.
