What are you talking about? Most trips I fly here are 2-3 legs. You can generally trade trips with the company if you're on a trip that you don't like that has too many legs for your liking. For instance, I was on a trip that had a couple 4 leg days that I swapped with the company for a trip that had a single leg on day one, and two legs on day two and three. The flexibility is still quite good here - I'd say the original comments from 2017 are pretty accurate still.
I'm constantly amazed at how toxic the forums are for this company. It's not the same on the line.
This mirrors my experience as well. The guys who complain here constantly are generally just the unhappy type.
Yeah, every now and then you are going to get mixed up in some late night weather induced insanity, but it all pays well or you can just f bomb out of it (or my personal favorite, both). I have pulled back a lot since the contract was passed and even though I hate the act of going to work, once I am there I find it is generally pretty easy going.
I show at 8:30pm tomorrow and fly one 2 hour leg to the overnight. It doesn't get much easier than that.
