The intelligent choice is to stay. As much I would like to leave, it would not be a good decision to do so. This industry is different. You cannot just quit and go somewhere else and make the same or more amount of $$$$. Lateral moves are financial suicide.
#1. I'd take a pay cut.
#2. I'd be on reserve
#3. I'd be at the bottom of another list ( Very bad year to be at the bottom of a list)
#4. Close to upgrade here.
With all that being said, If I knew how this company treated its employees before I got hired here, I would have went somewhere else.
I'm here trying to save people the pain and suffering they will endure from this company.
There is not one thing good about this company. Can you name one good thing about this company or how they treat you? Don't tell me your 17 days days off (which you embellish upon) so I don't have to deal with them bah bah bah. Name something positive the company has done for you.
