they pay me on the 1st and on the 16th, the check has never bounced.

i have great medical coverage for only 150 bucks a month

when i had a death in the family they dropped my 3 day trip and asked if i needed any more time off.

see the thing is spooled if you are a trouble maker here then they know who you are. if you dont call in sick all the time, abuse the commuter policy, etc etc then you get treated fairly. i have never been mistreated here, out side the contract limits. It is not their fault that we signed the contract allowing them to do some of the stuff they are able to do, hence the reason that in some of the sections of the new contract just a few words were changed to clarify some things. like i said in an earlier post, i wanted to drop a trip so i could go on a longer vacation with the family, i found someone who wanted it, went to the base manager and told her and she said it was fine. i am sure if she would have pulled my stuff up and seen mt's, tons of sick calls, etc she wouldn't be so willing to work with me.
