Please explain how I embellish 17 days off? I currently don't bid for max days off so I avoid 4 day trips. Months ago I was holding 16-18 days off with weekends but I had 4 day trips. I still hold 16-18. Go ahead and look. Look at those in my class in both MEM and DTW. I ran into one just a couple days ago with 20 off and not on vacation. Others here in MEM have been holding 16-18, those who bid weekends got those too. I hold 3 on and at least 3 off and get exactly what I ask for. I am 27/7 most of the month which makes very little room for scheduling to possibly do anything to me, especially when all my trips end on 5 leg days.

I don't know the name behind the username and I don't care. I just find it difficult to constantly read you bash every pilot you work with and everyone who asks a question about PNCL. I am not defending the company and I am not trying to attack you personally- I am just trying to figure out why you seem so hostile towards everyone on this board whenever you see pinnacle in a thread. I support your cause of stopping people from coming here, but currently you only reach a few via a message board and attacking fellow co-workers does not help credibility. Using facts works pretty well at getting a point across.

-Attrition, up to a month ago we were losing pilots faster than we could attract and retain.

-Pay, worst across the board. You can make more flying tprops.

-Work Rules, commonly abused and misinterpreted and are not good to begin with.

-Management, mismanagement.

I am not trying to start anything with you spooled, just trying to figure out why you sound so bitter with a company that hired you, trained you (or better yet trained you then hired you) and pays you to fly a jet a build your resume to move on. That is why you came here and that is why you are staying.
