almost every airline does sort of threating. did you not read the ntsb report on the shuttle america plane that ran off the runway in cle? just a few weeks before the incident the company sent out a memo threating everyone if they called in sick or fatigued. the captain even said he was scared to lose his job and that is why he didn't call in fatigued. like i said earlier i have used more than 6 sick days and i haven't heard a peep out of base ops. i called in sick for a 4 day once, and a 3 day about 6 months later. they probably looked and saw that i only have 3 sick calls in over 2 and a half years, no mt's, and no other problems. so the have left me alone.

squicky wheels dont always get the oil, sometimes they get removed.
