The union said the company caused these issues and they are trying to help them resolve it by giving them feedback on key issues. There is nothing wrong with that.

Can you elaborate with some examples of how the MEC has dug in their heels and gone to battle for the benefit of the pilot group? Results never lie. That is the fastest way to silence these rogue critics.
