If we are constantly being compared to Giant our new contract should blow their (arbitrated) contract out of the water. We are 1/3 the size and carry only a fraction less than Atlas. That means we work way harder to earn each and every penny paid out in our paychecks.
While I want you all to get an industry leading contract in terms of pay, benefits, and work rules, we need to be realistic about our respective employers market share and which pilots work harder.
