My understanding from talking to my instructor is that Envoy thinks it has enough pilots in their pool--pilots who currently have CJOs--to fill Indoc classes for the rest of this year. I don't think they will rescind CJOs unless the captain review board finds a problem.

Envoy has been losing fewer pilots this year than last, so the overall state of the airline industry has had a trickle down effect to cause a lull in Envoy hiring. They expect new hire training to slowly pick back up.

Envoy has a past history of keeping pilots waiting and not giving them much more than two weeks notice for class dates. I'm just saying that some of you may be waiting longer than you expected for a class date, and if you haven't interviewed yet, you may be waiting a lot longer. If enough pilots accept job offers somewhere else, Envoy will need to interview again eventually.
