If they were trying to line up on OKC RWY 13, it might have been CFIT because there is no RWY 13 at KRCE. Or maybe they were just circling to land at night on one of the south rwys at the municipal field.
Oh well, ASAP should work, and you guys now know what the scenario will be for LOFT next year.
