There isn't a defined time, other than the PWA mandate that schedules must be posted NLT 1800/17th. Of course schedules usually are posted prior to that, and sometimes by more than a couple of days. All I can say is keep checking your schedule in iCrew (not miCrew). If you get a message that states "schedule inhibited" along with very few trips in open time, then that means that the company is doing a final check of pilots' schedules. At that point pilots can put trips on the Swapboard, but must manually type in the trip info. Trips also cannot be yet picked up or swapped...but you are getting close. Once you log on and get a message stating "the following rotations have been assigned" then you can get on the Swapboard and swap and pickup as you hope.
