Default Mergers and Acquisitions
Ms. Lipson has been apart of more than 50 mergers according to the Internet. Her last company newmont merger occurred with her as a director she left shortly before completion of an additional acquisition. While she is quite skilled with corporate law. Her history of acquisition and mergers is of greater interest. Given our current delays in negotiations and this new addition to the board of directors I still maintain the ideation of a merger in our future.
