we are the laughing stock because our union is the laughing stock. We’ve had four negotiating committees this year. Our president will be lucky to avoid prison time. We have an emergency trustee. We are nowhere close to getting a deal and we have no attrition and zero leverage. For pilots who have 25+ years til retirement you’ve already lost more than $500k to your 401k and the will probably lose another $500k at least.

We are absolutely a laughing stock but the last year has only been our fault. Management and MG were a joke with the mailer addressed to the spouses. But the tides have complete turned. We are now the laughing stock.
