That name might look familiar to you as he was the guy who recently chartered a 330 for his retirement flight. The book was mentioned in another thread, but somehow I didn't find it on this list of good reads. Quick easy read about his career in the Air Force leading up to and thru Desert Storm. As I was only 11 at the time, this gave context to my oversimplified understanding of the entire ordeal.
On a related note, thank you for all the book reccomendations. I find this thread the most useful by far on APC.
Great book! Read it 20+ years ago at Air Force pilot training. I ended up flying the F-16 in many of the same places he described in the book.
