Dude, don't think like this. I'm 43 and just recieved a CJO from UAL and can't wait to start. I spent a year at Colgan (2005), then XJT in the right seat for almost 8 years and the last 11-ish years have been spent at Spirit (9 of which I have been in the left seat).
