I gave PM and team the time to give us a TA. I was in no rush to see that product. Once, it arrived I judge that TA and thought it was lacking. I will judge the merits of the new TA. I intend to give them as much time as I gave PM and team. IMO we wasted valuable time allowing PM to remain in lame duck status. We should have believed him when he said this is the best he could do and move on.

I hold the NC/MEC accountable for everything that happens from March 2024 going forward (request for arbitration and beyond). It is the date where I believe they had enough majority to institute the changes and shift course. I will evaluate that course as it unfolds. If I could give PM the opportunity and time to work on it, I am surely going to give the new NC a shot.
