There is no defining protections for reserve in the CBA when it comes to a missed call. I don't have time to pour over contracts again just to counter your cherry picking of living in the base of golden children. You have to have empathy for other people that for example can not trade a single day of reserve due to staffing. Trading days up to 24 hrs in advance means nothing when you can't trade days at all.
Yeah well when you claim our reserve rules aren't great and when asked who's are better you name WN I'm just gonna go ahead an call BS. From where I and many others sit our reserve system is pretty great, so great that many of us choose to bid down for QOL. I'm sorry you're in the base of misfit children.
