Go ahead let GU lead you through a line-by-line rewrite - eventually I'm sure you'll turn this job into Delta With Day Trips. 4 on-4 off. You'll win in the end.
This is the appropriate perspective. Just the time value of money in our 401k will be hundreds of thousands of dollars for the majority of Allegiant pilots - some will lose close to a million dollars by waiting for GU and IBT to deliver the perfect contract - even tho that will never happen.

GU is using Allegiant pilots to audition for a job that he lost. He’s trying to recreate himself as Bourne. It’s the same vanity project as Robles. Use Allegiant pilots and our contract to become a professional politician and mob boss.

Rumors I’m hearing is that we will be lucky to get a deal within the next 12 months. End of 2025 or early 2026 is more likely. IBT wants to fully rework scheduling and “data driven” work rules that work with day trips. These types of rumors just show me how far away we are from a deal. Even though it’s been 3+ years, 2.5 years was with Robles lost and clueless. 6 months has been cleaning up his mess and sifting through 3 separate negotiating committees.

So how much actual bargaining have we done? I’d say we’ve only TA’d 1-2 of the “big/tough” sections (training and instructors). Other than that, we haven’t TA’d any of the big sections that actually take a lot of time.

Buckle up, don’t do the math and look at what you’re missing out on in DC retirement while the IBT plays with our careers - it’s too depressing.
