I was hoping the new team would actually negotiate. The one thing they did right was hire a lawyer who has aviation contract experience. Under Robles we had zero lawyers with aviation experience but would buy baseball tickets etc for the negotiation team. A couple of sessions ago the company passed a comprehensive package and they passed back nothing and told us they didn’t pass anything because they wanted to work only on scheduling etc. Why not pass just scheduling then??? Why pass nothing??? This time they came a wee bit more prepared and passed bullet points.
