This definitely can be used as a pressure card to play againist furloughs, but will the union take advantage of it and actually do something, or just send an email out to rub it on our faces!!
Honestly, unfortunately, the furloughs need to happen and probably a few months back. I can't figure out what the advantage to our reserve staffing was over the last several months. The pay raises though sure as hell shouldn't have happened for those clowns.
