Yes they did. Second half of 2020 was their opportunity to pivot. They chose not to. By 2021 they could see what they were doing wasn’t working and chose to just keep doing the same thing instead of actually being visionary. Nearly five full years have gone by without a profit and they have done nothing but continue to sell things for cash. Burning the furniture instead of making change.
They said they always had planned for being a stand alone carrier if the merger(s) failed. If that’s true why wasn’t the switch flipped back in January for change at last. They couldn’t because they never actually had a plan. Now they say they have big changes coming but it seems to me they are still trying to think of changes which is what they should’ve done years ago.
