Yes, but I believe he specifically asked about scoring a meet and greet, which usually is sponsored. There’s always a chance to speak with someone at the fair though, just isn’t considered a meet and greet. I have heard that if they like you enough, they can possibly set up a meet and greet (unsponsored?). Maybe I misread what he asked.
