He's not completely wrong about that. The amount of sour grapes you hear about DL and UA on our internal AA forums is laughable. I'd say there actually are many if not a slim majority of pilots hired here in the last 3 years who got turned down by the other 2 legacies or took the flow because nobody hired them. Or old farts like me who bailed out of a collapsing ULCC and targeted the easiest legacy to get hired at because I just wanted to fly for a legacy before I retire and didn't want to put up with the BS at DL/UA.
