Everyone I've known, who recently interviewed at NetJets, has spoken of the necessity of having a very strong "why NetJets" answer. They do not want people who are using the role as a stepping stone to 121.
A recent shot at 121 may be interpreted (correctly or otherwise) as NetJets being a resume-washing exercise, in a time when they're sitting on thousands of apps. It's an easy front-end screen.
I have no inside knowledge of their present hiring philosophy, other than the direct feedback from pilots who've recently gone through it, and a few industry coaches who've said the same things about wanting "NetJets is my dream job" responses.
Best of luck with your search. It may take sticking with a 135 for a few years to convince that you're not headed back to 121 at the earliest available opportunity.
