Why do you think a PWA provision about commuting applies to a trainee on probation?
Because trainees are afforded the same commuting and positive space to training rules as any other pilot commuting or positive space traveling to training. If this is happening, it really needs to be brought to the attention of the union. I see no special carve outs for new hires in the FOM or PWA making their commute harder.
