AA 590 aborts takeoff at TPA due to right main tire failure. In the Video you can see chunks of tire falling off. After they clear you can see flames from the right main gear area. Fire Dept responds and puts it out.
Obviously a non-pilot filming this, he was a bit overdramatic.
