Be careful what you wish for. A new hire captain award will make you junior in that seat for a long time. And even with the new reserve rules, it gets old quick. QOL is what you should be thinking about.
The issue is a lot of us are coming from $3xx.xx an Hr so it would be nice to get back to that ASAP to make up for first year pay
. In August as a 12yr CA at NK I got stuck working every single weekend so QOL at this point is stacking some bills for my obsceneley large family, lol.
