I also predict the eventual end of the brand down the road. Also a pretty drastic change in the standard way Hawaii routes and planes are utilized. IE: widebodies placed in SeaTAc. 321's eventually shelved.
If there is anything I've learned in a couple decades of doing this stuff, CEO's talk out of both sides of their mouths.
It's the airline industry so I would HOPE airlines change their business model over the long term. To say Pualani or the 321s will be replaced in 7-10 years I'd say thats life. For it to happen immidiately or completed within 5 years is another matter entirely. It's what Fostro is insisting will happen.
