Airline capacity is too great, according to Delta. It is why they arent making more money, and the overall capacity needs to decrease. And with the amount of influence the CEOs at the legacy airlines hold, they are likely to get their way and overall capacity will be cut. At this point, it will actually benefit the politicans if Spirit goes away.
