If so, awesome. If not, why is it coded differently than a regular GS? I looked at the PWA and the SRH but it either wasn't there or I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

I think, and I could be wrong, that F is the code for a res GS accepted over LC days with less than 18 hours to report. It only pays over guarantee day 1.
