1) lots of other good hiring options from military/ULCC
2) sabotaging the regional captain pipeline is just an awful thing for the majors. It is in all of their best interests to stop harming that model. They didn't have any other choice 2021-2023. Now they do.

I am thinking furloughs are coming soon since it seems WWIII is nearly upon us. I am hoping things can still settle down but we are getting to a very dangerous place in the world. All this hiring is great, but big problems are likely coming for our economy and airline jobs.
