No, although it's a #$@% right now, it won't effect the plans for the upcoming fall/winter/spring.
It just re-shows the company that more is needed to track crews and communicate a plan effectively when the #@#$@ hits the fan during an IROP. Like our CEO's have said in the past, IROPS happen, it's the recovery that can make the difference.
